The San Jose (4/10/2005) show RCKED!!!  I’m not 100% sure about this, but I think “Original of the species” debut on the tour that night.  They played a stripped down version of Original of the Species with Edge on Piano.  I thought one of the coolest moments from the show was when Bono brought a girl (Iris) from the audience to dance with him on stage during Mysterious Ways (something he usually does).  Here’s a video of Mysterious Ways and Original of the Species (from the 4/10/2005 show I went to):
